I know you are laughing at the name. This meatloaf is awesome, not your typical baked meat! Try it, I dare you!
Yield: 6-8 servings
2 pounds ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 egg, beaten
2-10 dashes worchestershire sauce (ha ha, you decide how much you like)
1 cup bread crumbs
Salt and Pepper
Garlic salt
4 ounce can sliced mushrooms
4 slices pepperjack cheese
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, worchestershire sauce, onion and salt and pepper (get in there with your hands and really squish it all together). When well combined add half of the meat mixture to an 8inch square baking pan. Pat it flat and don’t forget to add your grease moat all the way around the outside of the meat! To the center of the meat add mushrooms and pepper jack cheese. Mound the remaining meat mixture on top, sealing the edges. Sprinkle garlic salt on top of the loaf and bake for 1 hour.
The cheese will leak out slightly, don’t be alarmed. It won’t effect the deliciousness of your meatloaf!
