Caramellow Cookie Bars

These are gooey and crazy good.

3/4 cup of butter, melted

3 cups graham cracker crumbs

2 Tablespoons granulated sugar

2 cups chocolate chips

1/2 cup peanut butter chips

1 cup mini marshmallows (if I have regular size marshmallows on hand I use them, just pull them into four pieces each and drop onto the top of the cookie mixure…not sure how many I use, maybe 6 or 7, just eyeball it and put on as many as you want)

1 can (14oz) sweetened condensed milk

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a 13×9 inch pan combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter and sugar; press to form an even layer.  Evenly sprinkle with chocolate and peanut butter chips and marshmallows.  Pour condensed milk evenly over the mixture.  Bake for 25 minutes or until bubbly and the marshmallows are golden brown.  Let cool completely.  To serve, cut into squares.  For easier cutting, refrigerate one hour.

*Note – the sweetened condensed milk is pretty thick, you may want to heat it just a bit to make it easier to pour.

*If you cannot wait for the chilling time, scoop some out in a bowl and top with vanilla ice cream.  Awesome!!
