Easy Fruit Salad

This recipe reminds me of pot luck dinners.  When was the last time you went to a pot luck and didn’t find some kind of fruit salad with marshmallows?

2 cups red seedless grapes, halved

1 large orange, sectioned (you can substitute a small can of mandarine oranges, drained)

1 banana, sliced

1 red apple, chopped

1 can (8oz) pineapple, drained

1 cup miniature marshmallows

1 container (8oz) vanilla yogurt

1/4 cup flaked coconut (optional)

Combine all ingredients, except coconut and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.  Sprinkle with coconut just before serving.
